Cut the courgette into slices.
Add 2 tablespoons of water or
a knob of butter. Place them in
the bowl with lid. Cook them
with the lid on in the bowl until
they are al dente.

Cut the aubergine into thin
slices and sprinkle them with
1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
Place them in the bowl with lid.
Cook with the lid on the bowl.
Stir well after cooking.

Cut the onions into rings or half
rings. Add only 1 tablespoon of
cold water. Place them in the
bowl with lid. Cook with the
lid on the bowl. Stir well after
cooking.

Rinse the mixed vegetables and
clean them. Put the vegetables
in the bowl with lid. Add 1
tablespoon (for 0.2 - 0.3 kg) or 3
to 4 tablespoons (for 0.4 - 0.5 kg)
of water. Place the bowl with lid
in the centre of the baking tray.
Stir well after cooking.

Use the bowl with lid (please
note! the volume of rice doubles
during cooking). Cook the rice
with the lid on the bowl. After
cooking, drain off the excess
water. Add salt, herbs and
butter, stir the rice and let it
stand for a moment.
