ADJUSTMENTS
3.1 Tape position adjustment on
front roller
The end of the adhesive tape may not remain in
the correct initial position due to differences in the
various adhesive tapes available on the market.
This may cause difficulties which can be solved as
follows:
SITUATION "A"
The end of the adhesive tape may be shorter when
compared to the mid-line of the front roller (Fig. 1,
Pos. A), thus making it impossible for the adhesive
tape to stick to the box to be taped.
This means the screws at the sides of the taping head
(Fig. 2, Pos. 1), must be slackened, the off-centre
roller (Fig. 2, Pos. 2), must be rotated towards the
position shown by the plus (+) sign and the screws
must than be tightened.
SITUATION "B"
The end of the adhesive tape may be longer than
the mid-line of of the front roller (Fig. 1, Pos. B),
consequently the first section of the tape is not stuck
onto the box to be taped.
This means the screws at the sides of the taping head
(Fig. 2, Pos. 1), must be slackened, the off-centre
roller (Fig. 2, Pos. 2), must be turned towards the
position shown by the minus (-) sign, and the screws
must be tightened.

REGELINGEN
3.1 Regeling positie uiteinde kleef-
band op voorste rol
Het uiteinde van de kleefband kan afwijken van de
correcte beginpositie in functie van de verschillende
types van kleefband verkrijgbaar in de handel.
Dit kan storingen geven die op de volgende manier
bijgestuurd kunnen worden:
GEVAL "A"
Het uiteinde van de kleefband is wat achteruit ten
opzichte van de middellijn van de voorste rol (Afb. 1,
Pos. A), zodat de kleefband onmogelijk grip heeft op
de te sluiten doos in de eerste sluitfase.
De schroeven (Afb. 1, Pos. 1) op de zijkanten van de
bandkop worden losgedraaid. Laat de excentrische
rol (Afb. 2, Pos. 2) draaien naar de hoekpositie
aangegeven met het teken (+), en draai de schroeven
weer vast.
GEVAL "B"
Het uiteinde van de kleefband overschrijdt de
middellijn van de voorste rol (Afb. 1, Pos. B), zodat
het begin van de kleefband niet op de te sluiten doos
hecht.
De schroeven (Afb. 2, Pos. 1) op de zijkanten van de
bandkop worden losgedraaid. Laat de excentrische
rol (Afb. 2, Pos. 2) draaien naar de hoekpositie
aangegeven met het teken (-), en draai de schroeven
weer vast.
