3.5 Regulating the adhesive tape
centring device
If the adhesive tape is not perfectly centred on the
box to be taped, or on the rollers of the taping head
(Fig. 6), regulate the screw (Fig. 7, Pos. 1), after having
slackened the locking nut (Fig. 7, Pos. 2).
Having completed the regulating operations, replace
the locking nut.
3.6 Taping defects (Troubleshooting)
01 - Over-taut taping and poor tape adhesion on
the box;
02 - lrregular tape cutting;
03 - Ruffling and irregular sticking of the adhesive
tape;
04 - Torn cut on tape;
05 - lnsufficient taping on the lower part of the box
06 - Taping of lightweight boxes with warped
upper flaps;
07 - Other defects.

3.5 Regeling centrering kleefband
Als de kleefband niet perfect gecentreerd is op de
te sluiten doos of de rollen van de bandkop (Afb. 6),
regel de schroef (Afb. 7, Pos. 1), na eerst de borgmoer
losgedraaid te hebben (Afb. 7, Pos. 2).
Na de handeling, de borgmoer weer vastdraaien.
3.6 Gebreken sluiting (Troubleshooting)
01 - Band te gespannen met niet perfecte hechting
aan de te sluiten doos;
02 - Onregelmatige hoogte afsnijden band;
03 - Opgekrulde en onregelmatige hechting van de
kleefband;
04 - Gescheurde kleefband;
05 - Ontoereikende sluithoogte aan de onderkant
van de doos;
06 - Te sluiten dozen te licht met vervorming van de
bovenste kleppen;
07 - Andere gebreken.
