2.9 Water hardness measurement
Use the kit supplied with the dishwasher to measure the incoming water hardness:
• Remove 5 ml of water into the appropriate cup
• Pour into the water sample 1 drop of indicator (blue vial)
• Add the titrating solution (transparent vial) drop by drop and shake the tube after each drop,

counting the necessary drops to make the water turn clear blue. Every drop added corresponds
to 1°f
• The total number of drops counted will correspond to the hardness of the water being tested.
This value must be entered in the menu of the dishwasher as described below
2.9.1 Electronic dishwasher setting
Upon initial installation as soon as the dishwasher is powered, the user is prompted to enter a number
of parameters:
• Language selection: Select the language with the arrow keys and confirm by pressing the On-
Off key
• Inlet water hardness: Set with the arrows the hardness measured with the kit supplied (see
paragraph 2.9) and confirm by pressing the On-Off key
• Inlet water temperature: Set with the arrows the inlet water temperature and confirm by pressing
the On-Off key
• Note: it is only necessary to confirm a temperature range between 4÷30°C, or between 31÷40°C,
or >41°C
• Filling of detergent and rinse aid tubes: upon the request for tube filling, tap the YES key to
proceed with filling (see next point) or tap NO to exit programming of the dishwasher
• After introducing the tubes into the respective tanks confirm with the On-Off key. Filling now
takes place which lasts for approximately 5 min. To cancel the procedure, press and hold the
On/Off key.
When the wizard finishes the dishwasher shows "Stand-by"
3 How to use the dishwasher
3.1 Type of use
The dishwasher has been designed for washing dishes commonly used in bars and restaurants.
3.2 Use conditions
The dishwasher may be used under any condition, providing that the operating temperature range
is between +10 and +50°C.
It must only be used with an operator present.
In any case, avoid using the dishwasher in open spaces, such as in uncovered areas, improvised
sheds, or other temporary installations. The operating temperatures of dishwashers are 55/60°C for
the tank and 85°C for the boiler
