12 Instructions for disposal
Instructions for the disposal of electrical devices.
The label shown to the right is applied to electrical devices you have bought and means that the
appliance cannot be disposed of as common waste but must be disposed of separately.
In fact, waste deriving from electrical or electronic devices must undergo special treatment in
order to prevent the pollutants contained in the devices from being dispersed and to protect the
environment and human health. Moreover, it will be possible to reuse/recycle part of the material
of which this waste is made up, thus reducing the depletion of natural resources and the quantity of
waste to be recycled.
