Note: Boundary wire front of the
charging base should be straight for
1 m without corners or obstacles to
ensure proper docking.
The charging station must be posi-
tioned on relatively level ground. it
must not be positioned on an
inclined surface or anywhere that
makes its plate bend.
We recommended the Power supply placed
the wall at least 25 cm height, and the power
supply cord is outside the mower working
area. If not, you may bury it if desired.
► P. 6, fig. 2
– Remove the insulation from one end of
the boundary wire (about 10 mm).
– Then feed the boundary wire through the
slot in the base plate of the charging sta-
tion.
► P. 7, fig. 3
– Connect the exposed end of the wire to
the red [OUT] terminal.
– When you have laid the boundary wire
around the working area, cut off the wire
that is not needed and remove the insula-
tion from the free end of the boundary wire
(about 10 mm).
– Now connect the exposed end of the wire
to the black [IN] terminal.
Installation Boundary wire
► P. 7, fig. 4
► P. 7, fig. 5
When laying the boundary wire, use the dis-
tance gauge to keep a 35 cm space between
the wire and perimeter, Each wire peg should
be placed around 80 cm apart, use the pro-
vided distance gauge to ensure proper instal-
lation. The ground is uneven area, the peg
density can be increased appropriately.
Note: the maximum permitted
length for the boundary wire is
300m.
► P. 7, fig. 7
If an obstacle is level with ground and safe for
mower to run over, such as a driveway or
sidewalk, then only 10 cm of space is needed
between it and the boundary wire.
Avoid signal interference
Note: If a side of your lawn borders
a neighbor's lawn with a robotic
mower in use, lay your wire 1 m
apart from your neighbor's wire to
avoid possible interference.

► P. 7, fig. 8
If customer's neighbor has same model, and
the boundary wire of two machines less than
1 m, probably signal interference happens.
Fix it by open the charging base, and there is
red or green flash light on its PCBA, if the light
color is same as your neighbor's, just press
the button the change the light and assemble
the cover of charging base, the issue will be
fixed.
Island setting and narrow channel size
requirements
► P. 7, fig. 9
► P. 7, fig. 10
Note: if you don't want mower to go
your lawn area. such as flower/
shrubs/tree and so on, you can lay-
ing the boundary wire set island. As
shown in the figure, the mower can
pass through a narrow passage
0.8 m wide.
► P. 8, fig. 11
► P. 8, fig. 12
– Ensure the boundary wire is perfectly
straight in each corner, and all angles
formed by the boundary wire are 90° or
larger.
Slopes
Note: your mower has the ability to
safely climb slopes up to 27% (15°)
so just avoid areas steeper than
this, How to calculate the slope of
your lawn: ► P. 8, fig. 13
► P. 8, fig. 14
The boundary wire on slope, it would be
30 cm away from the edge. For slopes adja-
cent to a public road, put a barrier of minimum
40 cm along the outer edge of the slope. You
can use a wall or a fence as a barrier.
Connect charging base to the power
source
► P. 8, fig. 15
The power supply Plug in the voltage socket,if
you laying boundary wire is right. The charg-
ing base LED light turn on and it always bright
green, LED status in the grid below to make
sure the connection is ok.
