Keep the appliance and its

Only connect the appliance
to a properly installed and
easily accessible socket that
is close to where you are us-
ing the appliance. The local
mains voltage must match
the voltage stated in the
technical specifications for
the appliance.
The power socket must be
easily accessible so that you
can unplug the appliance
from the mains quickly if
necessary.
Always hold the plug to pull
it out, and never pull the
cable.
Do not allow the mains ca-
ble to come into contact
with hot objects or surfaces
(e.g. cooker hob).
Check the appliance and the
mains cable for damage be-
fore using the appliance for
the first time and after each
use.
