Warranty conditions
The warranty period begins on the purchase date. Please keep the original receipt
in a safe place. It will be required as proof of purchase. If a material or manufac-
turing defect occurs within three years of the purchase date of this product, we will
repair or replace the product or refund the purchase price at our discretion. This
warranty service requires you to return the defective device with proof of purchase
(receipt) within the three-year period, together with a brief written description of
the defect and when it occurred. If the defect is covered by our warranty, you will
receive the repaired device or a new product. A new warranty period does not
begin when a product has been repaired or replaced.
Warranty period and statutory claims for defects
The warranty period is not extended by the warranty. This also applies to replaced
and repaired parts. Any damage and defects present at the time of purchase must
be notified as soon as the product has been unpacked. Any repairs made on expiry
of the warranty period will incur a charge.
Scope of warranty
This device has been carefully produced according to strict quality guidelines and
meticulously tested before delivery.
The warranty service applies to material and manufacturing defects. This warran-
tydoes not cover product parts that are subject to normal wear and tear and can
therefore be considered as wear parts or damage to fragile parts, e.g. switches,
batteries or glass parts. This warranty is void if the product has been damaged or
improperly used or maintained. All the operating instructions provided in this man-
ual for proper use of the product must be observed. All uses and actions that are
advised against or warned against in the operating instructions must be avoided
without exception.
