ERROR CODES
Problems
No water flow.
The water flow is less than
280 gal/h (1050 L/h), the
circulation system is blocked.
Display code "E0"
The direction of the inlet and
outlet is reversed.
Dirt in the water flow sensor.
The power cord of the water
flow sensor is loose.
Water flow sensor failure.
Dirt remains in the
electrolytic cell.
Low salt concentration
or no salt.
Display code "E1"
The electrolysis power
cord is loose.
The electrolytic cell may fail.
Display code "E2"
Salt concentration is too high.
Electrolytic cell short circuit.
Display code "E3"
The electrolytic cell is reaching
the end of its lifespan and can
only be used for a couple
more weeks.
Display code "E5"
NOTE: The remaining working
hours may vary depending on
the actual frequency of use.
The electrolytic cell has

reached the end of its lifespan.
Probable Causes
Make sure the filter is connected to the chlorinator and
is running. See "Installation Instructions".
If there is a water stop valve, make sure that the water
stop valve is open. Ensure that the filter element and the
electrolytic cell are clean and free of dirt or impurities.
Exhaust the air from the entire circulation system. Please
refer to the filter manual.
Check the direction of the water inlet and outlet. If necessary,
readjust the water pipe. See "Installation Instructions".
Make sure the water flow sensor is clean (especially
the rotor). Please refer to "Maintenance".
Reconnect the water flow sensor firmly.
Please contact Bestway Customer Service
Center for replacement.
If necessary, remove the electrode to check and clean it.
Please refer to "Maintenance".
Add salt. Please refer to "Pool Salt Table".
Make sure that the electrolytic cell line is firmly
connected to the plug of the electrolytic cell.
Please contact Bestway Customer Service
Center for replacement.
Drain part of the pool water and add some clean water.
Refer to "Salt and Pool Water Consumption".
If necessary, remove the electrode to check and clean it.
Please refer to "Maintenance".
Press the Power Button to turn off the alarm. As a reminder,
this alarm will appear every 24 hours during use or if the
product is restarted, until the electrolytic cell is replaced.
