13. Warranty
The BEABA MILKEO benefits from a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase. During this period, we guarantee the
free repair of any defect resulting from a material defect or a manufacturing defect. This warranty is subject to the final eva-
luation of the importer.
If you require assistance or additional information, consult the Beaba website or contact the Beaba consumer service.
Possible causes
The temperature in the reservoir is too hot
There is not enough water in the water reservoir
The water reservoir is incorrectly installed
The floater sensor in the tank is incorrectly installed
The mixing chamber drawer is incorrectly installed
The mixing chamber is incorrectly positioned in the drawer
The appliance is incorrectly calibrated
The powder type setting is incorrect
The powder reservoir is blocked
If you have any doubts, contact the consumer service
For small bottles intended for newborns or premature babies, it is
preferable to have the parents' supervision and precise intervention.
Possible solutions
Fill the tank with cooler water
Refill the water reservoir
Reposition the water tank firmly on the base
Reposition the floater sensor correctly in the water reservoir
Reposition the drawer and its mixing compartment correctly
