2. Proper use
This appliance is intended for processing foods in normal
household quantities:
• kneading or stirring foods such as dough, crèmes,
cream or egg whites
• The mincer attachment is used to mince food. You can
shape minced meat, sausages, pasta, biscuits or kibbeh
using the corresponding attachments.
• The blender is designed for chopping, puréeing and
blending food.
• Making ice cream
This appliance is designed for use in private households
and similar household applications, such as:
• in staff kitchens in retail outlets, offices and other com-
mercial or work environments
• on agricultural estates
• by customers in hotels, motels and other accommoda-
tion facilities
• in bed-and-breakfast establishments.
When used in commercial areas, the regulations that ap-
ply there must be observed.
