RUNNING only for machines preset with gas injection device
Plug into the socket paying attention not do damage the cable by squashing under the equipment.
The electronic control panel of the packaging machine is designed in accordance with the European
electrical safety rules. The electronic board is provided with the integrated system "E.V.C. VALKO". The
system guarantees the desired vacuum level with any condition of atmospheric pressure.
The electronic board has 5 different programs visualized on display by items P1 to P5.
The display shows the vacuum level, the percentage of gas and the sealing time in seconds.
In case of malfunctioning during one of the packaging phases the corresponding led flashes and emits an
alarm. At the end of the cycle the bag will not be sealed.
PROGRAMMING

Turning the main switch H to power the equipment and the electronic board.

As soon as the board is powered the display shows the program P1. To modify the parameters of
the programs (P1 ÷ P5) select the desired program (key + and -) and proceed to set the equipment
program by using the selection key G :
VACUUM SETTING : Push the selection key G until the led VAC lights up and set the required vacuum
level by using the keys + and - (the vacuum level will be shown on the display). Over 99% vacuum the
display will show the wording E1 (increasable up to E9) which shows the extra-vacuum for beef-like red
meat (don't set the value at 0 in order to avoid the burning of the heating elements of the sealing
bar).
INERT GAS SETTING : Push the selection key G until the led GAS lights up and then set the percentage of
gas to be injected by using the keys + and - (the gas percentage will be shown on the display). The
percentage of gas must never be higher than the percentage of setted vacuum.
SEALING TIME SETTING : Push the selection key G until the led SAL lights up then set the sealing time by
using the keys + and - (the time, in seconds, will be shown on the display).
As thicker the bag is, as longer must be the sealing time.

The modified program is saved by pushing the selection key G until the number of the program
(P1÷P5) re-appears on the display.

THE SETTINGS OF THE PROGRAMS REMAIN SAVED UNTIL NEXT MODIFICATION.
START OF THE WORKING CYCLE

Turn the main switch H to power the equipment and the electronic board.

When the electronic board is powered the display shows the program P1.

Set all the desired parameters (see "SETTINGS"), introduce the bag to the chamber paying careful
attention to the indications showed in drawing 3.

Choose the required program by using the keys + and - and close the lid : the machine will perform
the working cycle according to the preselected program.

At the end of cycle (when the atmospheric pressure is re-established in the chamber) an acoustic
signal informs the operator that the lid is opening.

The button (F) stops the machine cycle immediately and the bag is automatically sealed. This
feature must be used for packaging of liquids that in vacuum conditions could boil and flow out from
the bag.
