The bike must be assembled with great caution and by an adult to avoid any potential subsequent accidents
or injuries. Please take a sufficient amount of time to assemble the bike. Please contact your dealer or a
workshop if you have any questions.
In some cases, it is necessary to tighten screws with a prescribed torque. The torque value is stated in newton
metre (e.g. 2 Nm). If the torque with which a screw is tightened is too low, the connection may still be too
loose and therefore unsafe. If the torque is too high, screws and other parts may be damaged or destroyed.
INSTALLATION MANUAL
You require the following tools for assembly:
1. Allen key 5 mm
2. Allen key 4 mm

Turn the handlebar by 90° and turn the
front wheel in riding direction.
Use the cap screw (adjusting screw) to adjust the
headset so that it is smooth and without any play.
The handlebar may not wiggle.
Then tighten the side screws (2) (5-8 Nm).
