First fasten the handlebar cushion to the
handlebar, then pull over the stem and close.

After loosening the saddle clamp,
you can pull out the saddle (observe
minimum insertion depth!).
Then retighten (5-8 Nm).

To adjust the height of the handlebar, first loosen both screws on the handlebar (1). Then fully unscrew
the cap screw (2) and pull the handlebar and the two spacer rings in an upward direction. The spacer
rings can be positioned individually above or below the handlebar. To fasten, proceed in reverse order.
Please make sure that you do not lose any parts of the headset and
