Probable Causes
Power failure.
Power circuit is broken.
Temperature set too low.
Dirty filter cartridge.
Hot tub is not covered

Air pump is overheating.
Massage stops automatically
after 30 minutes.
Air pump is broken.
Hot tub is torn or punctured.
Safety valve is loose.
Insufficient filtering time.
Dirty filter cartridge.
Improper water maintenance.
Hot tub or RCD/PRCD
is defective.
The control panel has an
auto-lock, which is activated
after 5 minutes of inactivity; if
the lock icon
is highlighted,
the control panel is locked.
Control panel is not activated.
Check power source.

Set the hot tub to a higher temperature; refer
to pump operation section.
Clean/replace the filter cartridge (refer to Filter Cartridge
Cleaning and Replacement section).
Properly attach the cover.

Unplug the pump, wait two hours until the pump is cool,
insert the plug and press the Massage System Button.
Press the Massage System Button to reactivate.

Use provided repair patch
The safety valve starts to release air when the inner
pressure is too high. To check if there is air leakage
from the valve, follow these steps:
1. Inflate the liner with the hot tub pump.
2. Use soapy water and a cloth to wipe around the safety
valve; if you see bubbles, there is a leak.
• If there is a leak around the safety valve, tighten the
valve by turning it clockwise.
• If there is a leak in the center of the safety valve,

Increase filtration time.
Clean/replace the filter cartridge (refer to Filter Cartridge
Cleaning and Replacement section).
Refer to the chemical manufacturer's instructions.

1. To unlock the control panel, press the
3 seconds. If the control panel will not unlock, restart the
pump – unplug and plug it back in.
2. Press the
button for 2 seconds if the problem persists.
