Cause
A1 Pro docks in the charging
station, but the charging
current or voltage has a
problem.
Battery temperature is ≥
60℃ .
LiDAR is blocked

removed).
LiDAR is very dirty or there is
a sensor error.
Positioning is lost.
Sensor error.
A1 Pro is in the no-go zone.

Solution
4. If the problem persists, please contact the
after-sales service.
1. Check if the charging station is correctly
connected to power.
2. Check if the charging contacts on A1 Pro and
the charging station are clean.
3. After checking is finished, try docking A1 Pro in
the charging station again.

after-sales service.
1. Use A1 Pro where ambient temperature is
below 40℃ . You can wait until the battery
temperature decreases automatically.
2. You can turn off A1 Pro and restart it after a
while.

emergency stop.
