Starting up the VarioGard system

After start-up the connected transmitters must be calibrated.
During start-up, the VarioGard transmitter connected to the system
bus has to be calibrated with the target gas.
Connect the system to the power supply.

Re-register all the slaves
This function is used to register all slaves with the central unit and give
them an address (necessary for starting up or upgrading the system).
The registration procedure can be repeated as often as desired and is
also required when permanently removing slaves from the system.
In measurement mode:
