3. Before using for the first time

Remove all of the packaging.

Wash the parts: see "cleaning".

8-12 hours in advance, place the freezer tank into a freezer.

Prepare the ice cream or sorbet mix (see recipe). Allow the mixture to cool in the refrigerator.
4. To use your ice cream maker
1. Power unit
2. Lid
3. Spindle
4. Paddle
5. On/off button
6. Freezer tank
1. Assemble the power unit into the lid, It will click into place.
2. Assemble the spindle and paddle into the power unit.
