Yogurt Ice Cream
Ingredients
130 ml. yogurt
35 gr. confectioner's sugar
75 ml. heavy cream
60 ml. strawberry juice
A few drops of lemon juice
Place the yogurt, heavy cream, sugar, strawberry juice and lemon juice into a saucepan and mix. Place the
mixed ingredients into the freezer for 20- 30 minutes before making ice cream.
Then pour the mixture into the freezer tank with the paddle running. Allow to freeze until the desired
consistency is achieved.
