Installation

4.1
General installation information for the Ecolift L
The system is delivered completely assembled.
For quality assurance reasons, the motor and the probe of the FKA version are installed on site.
The control units are also enclosed and are fixed on the wall.
Requirements for the installation location
Note the height of the bottom section or the wall bracket.
Make sure that:
An adequate stilling section (1 m upstream and downstream of the system) is available (except for downstream of a
grease separator)
The transitions from the downpipe have been made with 45° bends, to prevent deposits in the pipes
A KESSEL sound insulating underlay mat is used to minimise sound transfer
There is sufficient accessibility for service work or maintenance
4.2

Connecting the inlet and outlet

Observe the following requirements for positioning the drain body:
In the case of a downpipe, maintain the stilling section of 1 m upstream and downstream of the entire system.
To ensure accessibility, maintain a distance from the wall and fixed objects.
Note the inlet (1) and outlet (2) direction. Make sure that:
The drain body is aligned with a spirit level
The installation location corresponds to the direction of flow
The pipes are fixed
