9. Checking and setting the mechanics
After having assembled the helicopter with the necessary components as described in the previous chapters, you can
program the remote control and then check and set the mechanics.
a) Checking and setting the linkage rod
• First check the linkage rod of the rotor head.
• The required lengths of the individual linkages (com-
pare numbers of figure 13a and 13b) are shown in the
adjacent figure or the subsequent drawing.
