Thank you for purchasing one of our products. We recommend you carefully read this instruction manual: it contains important information
regarding safety regulations for use and maintenance of the appliance. It is also recommended to keep this document carefully to consult
in case of necessity.
Read carefully these instructions to familiarize yourself with the equipment before you assembling it to his gas recipient.

1057: Category: DIRECT PRESSURE BUTANE. This device shall only be used with direct pressure butane
cartridges Kemper mod. 577.
1057E: Category: DIRECT PRESSURE BUTANE-PROPANE. This device shall only be used with direct pressure
butane-propane cartridges Kemper mod. 575, 576 e 580.
It can be dangerous to try to use other gas cartridges. Use only in well-ventilated areas.
1. Check that the seals (between the appliance and the gas container) are in place and in good condition before connecting
to the gas container.
2. Do not use the appliance if it has damaged or worn seals.
3. Do not use a device that leakage, deteriorated or malfunctioning.
4. This appliance should be used in sufficiently aerated places in accordance with regulations in force. The volume of air
needed for proper combustion and to prevent formation of dangerous unburned gas mixtures is 2 m
5. The appliance can operate in horizontal position or any inclination (360°)
6. The appliance should be operated away from flammable materials and at a distance of 70 cm from furniture, walls and
ceilings.
7. If there is a leak on your appliance (smell of gas), take it outside immediately into a well-ventilated flame free location
where the leak may be detected and stopped. If you wish to check for leaks on your appliance, do it outside. Do not try
to detect leaks using a flame, use soapy water (Revelgas cod. 1726). Apply solution of soap and water or gas detector
in the interspaces of the unit. If bubbles appear, it means that there is a leak and it must be repaired before use. If you
detect a leak and you cannot repair it, don't try to fix it another way, but contact the customer service.
8. Caution: accessible parts may become very hot. Keep young children away from the appliance.
9. Do not expose the appliance over 40°C / 104°F and to prolonged sunlight.
10. Smoking is prohibited during assembling operation and all operations of the unit.
11. Do not use to light cigarettes, cigars or pipes.
12. Never leave the appliance near heat sources. The product has a cartridge that must not be exposed to high
temperatures as indicated in point 9.
Open the gas regulator a quarter of a turn (in the «ON» direction) and press the ignition button. If you notice anything
unusual during operation, turn the device off immediately. During long periods of operation, it is normal for the lower part of
the cartridge to cool down. Close the gas regulator (in the «OFF» direction) after using the device. To regulate the rate, turn
right (to decrease) or left (to increase) the handwheel of the burner. Moreover, the rate can be regulated by turning (with
only protecting gloves) the ring on the burner.
Gas containers shall be changed in a well-ventilated location, preferably outside, away from any sources of ignition, such
as naked flames, pilots, electric fires and away from other people.
Check that the cartridge is empty before changing it (shake to hear the noise made by the liquid).
Make sure that the burner handwheel is turned completely to the «-» position and that the burner is extinguished and cold
before removing the gas cartridge. Check that seals are in place and in good condition before connecting to the gas
container.
1057: Remove the cap from the cartridge, align the notch on the cartridge collar with the position tab of the appliance
and, keeping the cartridge in vertical position, gently press and turn the appliance clockwise until it stops.
1057E: Screw off the cartridge and ensure the burner is blocked: a valve inside stops the gas leakages. Remove
the cap from the cartridge and screw the new cartridge only by hand for not damaging the thread.
Using new cartridges in a cold device can cause the flame to change. It will soon return to its normal shape.
Slowly turn the handwheel towards the «+» position to let the gas flow in and then press the power button. If the appliance
does not switch on, repeat the operation. The appliance is now ready for use. To adjust the flow rate, turn the tap's
handwheel towards the «-» position to decrease the flow rate or towards the «+» position to increase the flow rate. To avoid
a dangerous lengthening of flame caused by burning of cartridge's fuel in liquid phase, the appliance must be used with an
inclination not exceeding 15° for the first 10 seconds. After 10 seconds of operation, the appliance is preheated and can
be used at any inclination without producing flare-ups. To turn off the appliance, turn the handwheel fully clockwise until it
stops. After use, remove the cartridge from the appliance.
The cartridge must not be left in the environment but in a safe place. Do not pierce the cartridge. Do not throw the empty
cartridge into the fire.
