4. Press the +/- button or move the slider button to select the required core temperature for the dish.
5. Press the function button to select the required oven function. (The temperature sensor can only be used with
the following functions: conventional, hot air, double grill with fan and pizza).
6. Press the +/- button or move the slider to adjust the temperature of the oven.
7. Press the start/pause button to start the appliance.
When the dish has reached the core temperature, a sound signal can be heard 5 times and the program has finished.
Note:
During preparation you can press the temperature button to change the sensor temperature or the core
temperature of the dish.

SWITCHING THE CHILD LOCK ON AND OFF
When the child lock is activated you are unable to operate the touch buttons.
Switching on the child lock
1. Press and hold the child lock button for 3 seconds to switch on the child lock.
One long sound signal can be heard and the display shows a lock.
Switching off the child lock
1. Press and hold the child lock button for 3 seconds to switch off the child lock. One long sound signal can be heard and
the display no longer shows a lock.
DEMO MODE
Demonstration mode has a memory function and is suitable for use in a showroom.
Note:
• After a power loss demonstration mode stays switched on as it was before the power loss.
1. Make sure that the control panel is on (stand-by mode) and press the stand-by button until the display shows OFF.
Demonstration mode is open.
2. Slide the slider button to the right to activate demonstration (ON) or slide the slider button to the left to end demonstration
mode (OFF).
Note:
After 3 seconds you automatically leave the mode and the appliance goes into stand-by, or press the stand-by
button to leave the mode.
SABBATH MODE
Sabbath mode has a memory function. If sabbath mode is set, the setting is saved every 25
minutes. After a power loss the sabbath mode setting is retained. Sabbath mode stays active until the set time has passed.
1. Make sure that the control panel is on (stand-by mode) and press the quick pre-heat button for 3 seconds to open sabbath
mode. The display shows "5A8". The time can be adjusted from 24 to 80 hours.
2. The time can be adjusted with the slider button. After 8 seconds sabbath mode automatically starts or press the start button.
