GENERAL PROCEDURE FOR TROUBLESHOOTING
1. Use the troubleshooting table to find a solution for the problem.
2. If you cannot find a solution for the problem, please contact the Inventum service department.
TROUBLESHOOTING TABLE
Problem
The appliance does not start.
The appliance does not start and
the clock display shows a lock.
The display shows '00:00'.
A function or setting cannot be

Possible cause
There is a power interruption.

The temperature is too high or the
preparation time is too long.
The food is too close to the heating
element.
The fan continues to run for a while to
cool the appliance.
The lamp is defective.
Possible solution
Check that the power in the kitchen
works.
Check that the power cord is con-
nected to the socket correctly.
Close the oven door.
Switch off the child lock. See section
Switching the child lock on and off.
Set the clock.
See section Setting the clock.
Ensure you select a setting that is
available to the selected function.
Use a higher temperature.
Prepare the food in smaller parts or
lengthen the preparation time.
Adjust the temperature or the
preparation time.
Place the food on another level.
No action required.
Replace the lamp.
