Possible cause
The mower is continuously tipped
The robot lawn mower has been til-
ted for a long time in one direction
The robot lawn mower has come to
a stop because of overcurrent in the
motor or because of a motor fault
Motor blocked
The rear wheels were lifted by an
obstacle
The rear wheels rotate freely due to
unevenness in the lawn
Perimeter wire is not properly con-
nected
The robot lawn mower is outside the
mowing area
Battery compartment not properly

Remedy
Move the robot lawn mower to a
level area and restart
If the robot lawn mower is tilted
because of a steep slope in the mo-
wing area, adjust the perimeter wire
(18) accordingly to avoid severe
inclines.
Check the height of the grass in
the mowing area and, if necessary,
mow the grass to below 60mm
using a conventional lawn mower
Increase the cutting height. Always
start with a higher cutting height
and reduce it in small steps until you
reach the desired height.
Inspect the blade plate (11) and
wheels for dirt and give these parts
a thorough cleaning
Check the rear wheels and the
blade plate (11) for blockages. If you
are unable to remove the blockage,
contact the customer service center
Clean the left rear tire
If this does not solve the issue, con-
tact customer service.
Move the robot lawn mower to a
level area and restart it.
Make sure that the perimeter wire
(18) is laid correctly and centrally
underneath the charging station
(19).
Check that the robot lawn mower is
inside the mowing area.
Close the battery compartment
again.
