1. Ambient temperature is
below 12℃

2. Controller failure.

open circuit or short circuit.

Solution
1. Wait until the ambient
temperature rises to 13 ℃.
2. Replace the new controller.
Replace the new water
temperature sensor.
Replace the new ambient
temperature sensor.
It must be repaired by the
professional technicians.
