Recommend two person assembly
Step 5
Attach the left weight plate post(#8) to the hole on the left rear support(#10)
x M10 x 25MM Allen Bolt
1 x Φ10mm
and secure with 1
(#19) and
Washer
(#21).Place the sleeve(#14) onto the left weight plate post(#8) and
then the spring clip(#15).Tighten the sleeve(#14) with 4# Allen wrench
clockwise or loosen the sleeve(#14) with 4#Allen wrench anti-clockwise.
Repeat the same for the right weight plate post.
