4.2.3 Sanifos® 610
• Depending on the model :
– Disconnect the hydraulic pipes inside the tank (1 or 2 pipes to be deconnected, depending on the model), before the
shut-off valves.
– The hydraulic pipes are at the bottom of the tank. Recover the seal(s) placed on the lever of the shut-off valve(s).
• Take the pipes out of the tank.
• Connect the pipeline(s) to each pump (delivered separately).
• For each pump, attach one end of the chain to the pump and the other to the top of the tank using the snap hooks
provided.
• Once the connections have been made, lower the submersible pump(s) and their piping inside the tank and reconnect
the pipes. Depending on the model, place the supplied gasket (see previous step) at the connection with the shut-off
valve.
4.2.4 Sanifos® 1300
• Sanipump® GR/VX
– For each pump, attach one end of the chain to the pump and the
other to the top of the tank using the snap hooks provided.
– Slide the pumps on the guide bars to the bottom of the tank.
• Other pump:
– Screw the 2 parts of the pipe together, fitting the supplied O-ring.
– Connect the pipeline(s) to each pump (delivered separately).
– Once the connections have been made, lower the submersible
pump(s) and their piping inside the tank and reconnect the pipes.
4.3 ELECTRICAL WIRING
4.3.1 Wiring of pumps and floats
Use of waterproof terminal blocks (Sanifos® 280, Sanifos® 610 and Sanifos® 1300)
The connection with the waterproof terminal block makes it possible, when servicing the submersible pumps, not to disconnect the
power cables and not to pull the 10 m cable through the cable glands or through the ventilation duct used for their passage in order
to be able to remove the pumps from the tank.
