BEFORE USING THE APPLIANCE THE FIRST TIME
1.
Remove all packaging materials and any transport safeguards. Keep
packaging materials away from children – danger of suffocation! Dispose of
packaging materials in accordance with local regulations.

Check the appliance for damage. If the appliance shows visible signs of
damage, do not operate it. Contact our customer service organisation instead.
3.
Check whether all listed accessory parts are present.
4.
Prior to first use, please remove any labels from the grillplate and clean all
parts with a damp cloth, as described in the section "Cleaning and care".
5.
Lightly oil the grill plate and the small pans before first use, ideally with
coconut oil or another heat-resistant oil.
6.
Put the grill plate in position with the desired side facing upwards.
7.
Check whether all parts are properly assembled and the appliance is stable.
8.
Make sure that the temperature switch is set to the lowest setting ("MIN"
position).
9.
Plug the mains plug of the appliance into an electrical outlet (230 V~
50 /60 Hz).
10. Heat up the appliance for approx. 30 minutes in order to remove any
residues from the manufacturing process. Open the window during this
burn-in phase. After pre-heating the appliance there may already be visible
traces of use; however, these do not affect the function of the appliance and
do not constitute grounds for a complaint.
The hot stone is very heavy. Only move the appliance before mounting the
stone.
Important note: If you wish to use the appliance without the exhaust hood, the silicone
covers must be closed to keep out grease, etc.
USE OF THE APPLIANCE

Place the desired grill plate on top of the appliance.

1. For grilling / raclette place the appliance in the
middle of the table. If you are not sure, that the
table is heat resistant, place a heat resistant non-
metallic plate underneath the appliance.
2. Before starting, prepare all ingredients, fill
them in small dishes and place them on the table.
