Adjusting the cutting depth
Notes
• You can infinitely adjust the cutting
depth: 0 mm–53 mm
• Set the cutting depth approx. 3
mm greater than the material thick-
ness. This gives you a clean cut.
• The cutting angle setting scale
only applies to vertical cuts (0°). In-
crease the cutting depth accord-
ingly for other cutting angles.
Procedure
1. Remove the battery (29) from the
device.
2. Loosen the retaining screw (6) for
the cutting depth setting.
3. Set the desired cutting depth on
the scale (4). The upper edge of
the reading mark (32) shows the
set value.
4. Tighten the retaining screw (6).
Bevel cutting
Notes
• You can infinitely adjust the cutting
angle:
0°–45°
• There are no guide notches for
angles between 0° and 45°.
• The larger the cutting angle, the
smaller the maximum cutting
depth.
Procedure
1. Remove the battery (29) from the
device.
2. Loosen the retaining screw (23) for
the cutting angle setting.
3. Set the desired cutting angle on
the scale (22). The upper edge of
the reading mark (24) shows the
set value.
4. Tighten the retaining screw (23).

External dust extraction
CAUTION! Health hazard due to
dust. Dust from hardwood can cause
cancer. Connect the tool to a suitable
class M extraction device.
Connecting external dust extrac-
tion (Fig. B)
1. Connect a suitable dust extraction
(not included) to the chip ejector
(20).
2. If the external dust extraction does
not fit, use the additional reducer
piece (9).
Removing external dust extraction
(Fig. B)
1. Remove the dust extraction from
the chip ejector (20).
2. Remove the reducer piece (9).
