Charging the battery
1. Remove the battery (29) from the
device.
2. Push the battery (29) into the char-
ging slot of the battery charger
(27).
3. Connect the battery charger (27) to
a power outlet.
4. After charging, disconnect the bat-
tery charger (27) from the mains.
5. Pull the battery (29) out of the bat-
tery charger (27).

Inserting and removing the
battery
WARNING! Risk of injury due to
unintentional start-up. Only insert
the battery into the device once the
device is fully prepared for use.

Inserting the battery
1. Push the battery (29) along the
guide into the battery holder (19).
You will hear the battery click into
place.
Removing the battery
1. Press and hold the battery release
(28) on the battery (29).
2. Pull the battery out of the battery
holder (19).

Switching on
1. Insert the rechargeable battery (29)
into the device.
2. Press and hold the switch lock (1).
3. Press and hold the On/off switch
(2).
4. Wait until the device has reached
full speed.
Switching off
1. To turn it off, release the on/off
switch (2).
2. Do not pull the sawblade out
of the cut until it has come to a
standstill.
3. Remove the rechargeable bat-
tery (29) from the device if you are
leaving the device unattended or if
you have finished working.
