SWINGING THE UNIT OPEN
Remove the end-piece holder if it is still attached to the unit.

Fold down the cutting table until it clicks into place.
Ń=
Turn the thumb guard to the vertical position until it clicks into place.
Ń=
Place the end-piece holder on the slide.
Ń=
If the thumb guard is not in the vertical position, the slide cannot be moved. For

safety reasons, cutting is therefore not possible.
