SAFETY INFORMATION
• Carefully read through this leaflet and the "Safety Information"
section in the user manual for your appliance before using it for
the first time, and keep them.
• When using accessories, some parts reach high temperatures. This
can lead to burns. Handle the parts coming out of the oven with
care (using gloves or a pot-holder).
• The whisk accessory (P) can be used by children aged 8 years
or over, on the condition that they are supervised or that they
have received instructions on how to use the appliance in total
safety and that they fully understand the dangers related to the
appliance. Cleaning and maintenance of the appliance must not
be performed by children, unless they are 8 years of age or older
and under the supervision of an adult. Keep the appliance and its
cord out of the reach of children under the age of 8.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
• Do not use the whisk to replace another accessory (e.g. a beater)
• Never use the whisk for kneading heavy pastes (e.g. bread or brioche dough)
• Do not use the whisk for toppings (e.g. polenta, puree, etc.) or for soups.
• The nozzle holder (Q2) must not be screwed in tightly.
• Do not use at higher than speed 9.
• Do not open the lid during operation.
• Do not use the whisk at the same time as the steaming basket.
• Tip for whipped cream: you can cool your Companion bowl and your whip by placing them in the
refrigerator for 10 min. Do not put them in the freezer. The times specified in the leaflet and the
recipes are for information only and may vary depending on the temperature and fat content
of your cream.
CLEANING
• Remove all accessories before cleaning. Wash them after each use, using the Companion brush
if necessary.
• Important: the accessories must be fully dry before use.
• Reminder: the springform cake tin (R), mini-muffin tin (S), silicone mat (T) and flat spatula (U)
accessories must not go through the dishwasher.
