Solution
It is normal for some gravel to become
detached from the ember bed during transit.
Ensure the rocker switch is in the ON
position.
Ensure wall switch is on (if applicable).
Ensure unit is wired correctly.
Check main disconnect panel.
Ensure the remote is synced to the fireplace.
Reference the operation section for
instructions.
Replace remote control battery
Press and hold
on the fireplace for 10
seconds to disable or enable the heat
function.
If installation with heat is desired, reinstall
jumper on the main board if available or
replace it with a new main board or jumper.
See operation section for instruction on
changing set temperature.
Install unit on a dedicated minimum 15 amp
circuit.
