The RTK signal is weak.
The RTK antenna is not positioned cor-
rectly.

ing station.
The mowing disc is blocked due to soil-

Rectification
1. Check that all 4 lights on the RTK antenna
light up green.
1. Check whether the RTK antenna is posi-
tioned correctly and reposition it if neces-
sary.
1. Remove any obstacles in front of the
charging station.
2. If the problem persists, place the device in
the charging station manually and trigger
the task again.
3. If the problem persists, restart the device.
1. Remove the soiling.
1. Use a regular lawnmower to cut the grass
to the permitted length.
1. In the event of rain, wait at least 4 hours
before starting to mow. Wet grass impairs
the cutting quality and may stick to the un-
derside of the device.
1. Check the time setting.
1. Check in the app whether the rain sensor is
switched on or off.
1. Charge the device.
1. Check the schedule in the app.
