BEFORE USING THE APPLIANCE
1.
Remove all packaging materials and any transport safeguards. Keep
packaging materials away from children – danger of suffocation! Dispose of
packaging materials in accordance with local regulations.
2.
Check the appliance for damage. If the appliance shows visible signs
of damage, do not operate it. Contact our customer service organisation
instead.
3.
Check whether all listed accessory parts are present.
4.
Before taking your ice cream maker into operation for the first time, we
recommend to rinse all removable parts – except the compressor casing (4)
– in warm water.
5.
Wipe the casing and slot for the ice cream bowl with a damp, well-wrung
cloth.
6.
Place the appliance on a dry, level work surface.
7.
Due to storage and transport, the lubricant for the mixer drive may become
viscous in individual cases. If the mixer does not rotate automatically during
operation or after a longer break, please press the mixer firmly into the ice
container and turn it clockwise by hand a few times. A smooth operation
is usually possible then. Otherwise, please contact our customer service
department.
