1. See Setup (page 10) to prepare the pump for operation.
2. Press the power button once. The startup screen appears (Figure 4).
N N o o t t e e - - The pump detects either the standard or premium support surface.
3. The pump, on startup, pumps air into the left bladder to determine which compatible mattress is connected.
4. If the pump detects there are no turn bladders, the pump shows the standard software support surface display (Figure
5).

5. If the pump detects there are turn bladders, the pump shows the premium software support surface display (Figure 6).
