APPENDIX I, USING VARIABLES IN LABELS
Below the settings, there are two columns. The variables that can be used to make up the composite barcode are
listed in the left hand column. The variables selected to make up the composite barcode item are shown in the right
hand column. It is possible to use a variable multiple times in the composite barcode item.
Pressing on the variable in the left hand column will make it appear in the right hand column. The top variable is
the most left one in the composite barcode. If a variable needs to be deleted from the composite barcode, press on it
in the in the right hand column. To reorder the variables, simply delete them from the right hand column and
select the required order by selecting variables in the left hand column.
There is no preview of the barcode in this window. Press Ok to confirm the creation of the composite barcode and
to view it on the design canvas.
To edit the composite barcode, select it as any other item and press the "pencil" button.
