1.4.1.
Warranty claims
Complaints and warranty claims are handled by your Dutch ID dealer. In the event of complaints
or questions about your warranty, your Dutch ID dealer is always your first point of contact, as
your purchase agreement is with the dealer. In consultation with your dealer, Dutch ID will make
a definitive decision as to whether the warranty claim is valid.
1.4.2.
Liability
A claim honoured by Dutch ID subject to these warranty conditions explicitly does not represent
acceptance by Dutch ID of liability for any damage suffered by the owner or third parties. Dutch
ID explicitly rejects all liability for (consequential) damage. Dutch ID's liability is limited to that
stated in these warranty conditions and/or the applicable general terms and conditions (www.
optima-cycles.nl/algemenevoorwaarden) except where this is mandated by a statutory provision.
1.4.3.
Disclaimer
Dutch ID has prepared these warranty conditions with the greatest care. However, we accept no
liability resulting from printing and typesetting errors.
