Depress the button on the side of the quick release on the stem 3
release.
2. Turn the adjusting screw on the underside of the quick release 3 clockwise to tighten the
quick release. Use a size 2.5 hex wrench for this.
3. Close the quick release on the stem 3.
If you cannot close the quick release by hand, the quick release is too tight. Open the quick

release and turn the adjusting screw counterclockwise to loosen the quick release slightly.

Adjusting the brake levers
If the position and angle of the handlebars have been adjusted correctly but you cannot
comfortably reach the brake levers, you can adjust them:
