7.1.5 END OF WORK MAINTENANCE
After use, or in the case of long periods of inactivity, it is prescribed to:
•
Follow the procedure for switching off and securing the product as described in paragraph 6.5.
7.2 SPECIALIST OR EXTRAORDINARY MAINTENANCE
Extraordinary maintenance operations must be carried out by a mechanical or electrical maintenance technician
depending on the activity to be performed.
CAUTION
Any extraordinary maintenance other than indicated in 7.2.1 and 7.2.2 must be carried out at a T.A.C.
CAUTION
Prior to any extraordinary maintenance activity, it is mandatory to secure the product, specifically:
•
Put on puncture/cut-proof protective gloves.
•
Switch the tool off from the ON/OFF switch (5).
•
Disconnect the battery (13).
•
Place the battery in a safe, dry and weatherproof location.
7.2.1 BLADE REPLACEMENT
This paragraph contains the information and instructions for replacing blades.
The product can only be used after the operations indicated below have been correctly performed and the activity
successfully checked.
Specifically, the following operations must be carried out in the order indicated:
1) Unscrew the screws (a) and remove the protection (12).
2) Remove the stop ring (b) and the pin (c).
3) Unscrew the fixing screw of the toothed washer (8).
4) Unscrew the blade nut (6).
5) Remove blade pin (7) and movable blade (3).
6) Unscrew the 3 screws (d) and remove the fixed blade (2).
