NOTE:
In the case of supplies of products in non-EU areas, unless otherwise contractually agreed between the parties,
CAMPAGNOLA S.r.l., for the purposes of product design and manufacture, conforms for the applicable parts, and
in accordance with the state of the art, to the ISO, IEC standards applied to the product.
The product has been designed, manufactured and tested in accordance with the following EU directives:
➢ Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC concerning the approximation of the laws of the member states relating to
machinery.
➢ Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive 2014/30/EU (for products falling under it)
➢ Noise Directive 2000/14/EC-2005/88/EC
➢ Directives 2012/19/EU and 2011/65/EU
➢ Technical standards listed in the declaration of conformity.
4.3 PRODUCT CERTIFICATION
The product comes with:

Declaration of Conformity pursuant to Directive 2006/42/EC
➢
Declaration of Conformity pursuant to Directive 2014/30/EU
➢
Declaration of Conformity pursuant to Directives 2000/14/EU and 2005/88/EU
➢
Declaration of Conformity pursuant to Directives 2012/19/EU and 2011/65/EU
➢ The product is provided with a rating plate, as stated in par. 4.4
4.4 CE MARKING
A CE identification plate/label is attached to each product (Figure 2).
The model, serial number and year of manufacture are shown on the manufacturer's CE plate and affixed on the
product. The CE plate is applied on the product/tool and shows the data and symbols described below:
1) CE conformity marking according to directive 2006/42/EC.
2) Company name and complete address of the manufacturer.
3) The compulsory requirement for all personnel in charge of use and/or maintenance of the product to read the
use and maintenance manual.
4) Tool designation.
5) Product type: Type name/sales code.
6) Serial number.
7) Year of manufacture, i.e. the year in which the manufacturing process was concluded.
8) Information pursuant to "WEEE" Directive 2012/19/EU: Electric and electronic waste may contain hazardous
substances for the environment and human health and therefore must not be disposed of with domestic
waste, they must be collected in dedicated collection centres.
9) Product supply voltage.
IMPORTANT!
To properly identify the tool, refer to the type, serial number and year of manufacture shown on the
identification plate and quote them to CAMPAGNOLA S.r.l. for any service. assistance or spare parts
request.
