Pump Down Operation
In order to protect the environment, be sure to pump down when relocating or disposing of the unit.
1) Remove the valve caps from ATW stop valve, liquid stop valve and gas stop valve.
2) Carry out forced cooling operation.（See the following "Test running" chapter）
3) After five to ten minutes, close the ATW stop valve and the liquid stop valve
with a hexagonal wrench.
4) After two to three minutes, close the gas stop vaile and stop forced cooling operation.
Notes:
1. In the heat recovery state, when the low outdoor ambient temperature or the low indoor
cooling demand, the heating effect of the ATW unit (water tank) is relatively weakened.
Wiring work
and the communication wire
The specification of the communication cable between ATW unit to outdoor unit is H05RN-F2G 0.75mm
The outdoor unit and ATW tank communication cable should be shielded twisted pair type, and need to make the cable's shielded
layer connect to earth or the unit shell which connect to earth (indoor side or outdoor side).
2. Wiring method
Wiring method of orbicular terminals
For the connection wire with orbicular terminals, its wiring method is as shown in
the right figure: remove the connecting screw, put the screw through the ring on
the end of the wire, then connect to the terminal block and fasten screw.
Wiring method of straight terminals.
For the connection wire without orbicular terminals, its wiring method is: loosen
the connection screw, and insert the end of the connection wire completely into
the Terminal block, then fasten the screw.
Slightly pull the wire outwards to confirm it is firmly held.

After connection,the wire must be fastened by wire cover. The wire cover shall press on the protection
coat of the connection wire,as shown in right top figure.
Note:When connecting the wiring,confirm the terminal number of indoor and outdoor units carefully.
Incorrect wiring will damage the controller of air conditioner or the unit can not operate.
3. Wiring method of outdoor unit:
Remove the cover of terminal box and clamp.
Power Line
Connect respectively the live wire, neutral wire, ground wire to the L/N on terminal block and grounding screw on metal sheet.
Communication Line between Indoor & Outdoor
E.g. Connect respectively the terminal 1/2/3/GND of Indoor B to the 1/2/3 on Terminal B and grounding screw on metal sheet of Outdoor.
Connect respectively the terminal C1/C2 of ATW unit to the C1/C2 on Terminal ATW of Outdoor.
Max. 5 indoor units for 5U outdoor and the rest outdoors follow the same logic.
Reinstall the clamp and cover of terminal box according to the Installation Manual, after the connection above-mentioned done
Note: Power cord and communication wire are provided by consumers themselves.
